KEEPING SAFE AND STRONG
In light of ongoing COVID-19 concerns we are continuing to make ongoing adjustments in order to keep FortCycle a clean and safe outlet for you to keep your body and mind strong and healthy.
Class Size and Studio Layout
For Social Distancing
While FortCyclers already enjoy a uniquely spacious studio, the number of available bikes has been reduced from 26 to 16 in order to provide a configuration that allows for 6 feet of distance from other riders*. Please also know that FortCycle utilizes commercial grade air-conditioners AND air-exchangers
(*if you already reserved a spot for a ride this week, you will automatically be reassigned to a nearby bike in the reconfigured studio)
The use of hand weights will be discontinued, but our instructors will continue to design our FortCycle classes to provide a great full-body workout.
Our schedule will change slightly so that there is additional time between our back to back evening and weekend classes. This will allow our staff additional time for thorough bike sanitization. We will also use this additional time to manage congestion in our studio and waiting area during class turnover. Your Instructor will conduct a quick and orderly exit from the studio at the end of class. We ask that riders refrain from entering the building until at least 15 minutes prior to the start of their class. Riders should also keep as many of their personal items, particularly cell phones, in their vehicles.
Of course we also ask that our riders sanitize upon entry, respect others personal space and refrain from coming to FortCycle if you have any symptoms or illness.
Thank you for your patience and your willingness to work together to keep FortCycle a great, healthy, fun and positive outlet during this difficult time!
