What should I bring for class and how should I prepare?
Workout gear, water bottle, enthusiasm and energy! FortCycle provides towels, changing rooms and locker/cubby storage. You can either bring your own cycle shoes or use your regular workout footwear – We just ask that it is clean and dry indoor footwear to keep road dirt out of the studio and off our bikes! Make sure you pre-hydrate; you will sweat a lot! Try to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of class to allow time to adjust your bike. If you are new to FortCycle, let us know when you arrive so we can orientate you to our facility, and help you to adjust your bike for an exact fit.
