Lisa’s certifications include Schwinn Cycle, Mad Dogg Athletics, American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Specialist AFPA, CorePower Yoga Instructor, Nutrition and Wellness Coach AFPA, PulsePoint Barre Instructor.
Jennifer lives by this motto, “exercise doesn’t have to be a chore: it can – and should be inspiring, fun and enjoyable!”
Jennifer brings her charismatic energy to each and every ride at FortCycle. She knows that it’s more than just an intense workout, it’s a workout “sanctuary” where people can shake off their day in a safe place full of supportive comrades. She is grateful for the chance to motivate others to be their best every single day.
Jennifer’s credentials are: American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer, IBBFA Barre instructor, and Schwinn Cycle and Mad Dogg Spin certified.
Kirstin (aka KK) has been a certified fitness professional for 18 years with AFAA. She is an AFPA Personal Trainer, ACE Health Coach and ACE Sports Performance Specialist. Kirstin is a true believer in fueling the body properly before and after activity to achieve the best results. She is an avid cyclist and certified Spinning instructor. Kirstin teaches TRX, Bootcamp, Kickbox , Barre and focuses on mobility, functional training and trigger point performance.
You name it, she has trained it …. marathoners, triathletes, skiers, lacrosse, soccer and baseball players of all ages. Stronger, faster, smarter! Kirstin is a member of Fortitude’s team of award-winning personal trainers, coaching individuals and small groups to help them become their very best!
Kirstin lives in Manchester, where she is a Varsity Lacrosse coach. She loves to be outdoors with her 2 teenagers, snowboarding, kayaking and on her paddle board.
Drew brings years of cycling experience and an energetic passion to FortCycle. His EDM based atmosphere will keep you flowing with the rhythm all ride long. Drew’s laid-back and fun vibe creates a climate that challenges your mind and body to unlock its undiscovered potential.
Drew has achieved a degree Master’s in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Speed Specialist, Schwinn Cycle certified, and a Burdenko Method Instructor.
Kevin is an avid cyclist having competed in Ironman triathlons, Century races and multistage bike races – clearly he is passionate about biking!
Bringing it indoors as a certified spin instructor for 4 years, Kevin loves pouring that same excitement into his classes. Mixing in pop music and hard rock Kevin likes to keep the energy turned up throughout and loves to crank some watts! Kevin’s certifications include Schwinn Cycle, Madd Dog Athletics, AFAA Group Fitness, Tabata Bootcamp, Les Mills Body Pump.
Coming to FortCycle from New York City, Vincent brings the music and flair from the city that never sleeps to a workout you won’t want to sleep on. Let’s sweat out negativity and sprint forward with gratitude! During the first cycling class Vincent ever took he fell off his own bike, but over the years he has worked his way from the back row to the instructor’s podium. His classes can best be defined as an experience where you get lost in the beat of great music and come to change yourself and your life through positivity and self-love. He loves sick beats, sprints, sweat, and smiles.
Lauren has had a passion for health and fitness for as long as she can remember! Active as a dancer, gymnast, cheerleader, and cross country runner growing up, she found her love for teaching group fitness classes in 2011 and hasn’t looked back! Currently certified in a number of different formats, one of her favorites to teach is Cycle! The jammin’ beats and upbeat vibes allow her to help others find the fun side of fitness! Encouraging people to be the happiest, healthiest, strongest version of themselves they can be is what Lauren loves to do!
Eileen began indoor cycling to cross-train for running 15 years ago and has never looked back! Three years ago she decided to inspire and became Spin certified.
Whether riding hills, racing through flats or creating challenging loops, Eileen’s classes will motivate you to take your fitness to the next level. An avid long distance road cyclist and fitness enthusiast, in 2006 Kim became a certified Mad Dogg SPIN instructor and became Schwinn Cycle certified in 2016. When asked why (she was getting certified) she only had one answer…because I can!
Currently a Star 2 instructor, spinning is Kim’s true passion – her class is fueled by the energy of fusing music that will motivate and inspire with a ride that will challenge all fitness levels. KMac (aka Kim) has been a passionate FortCycler since it’s opening. Her strong commitment to indoor cycle and to the FortCycle vibe led her to becoming an AFAA certified Indoor Cycle Instructor. She’s super excited to bring you on her endurance, strength and power rides…with some fun upper body movements mixed in! KMac leads with a wide variety of motivating music. Along with cycling, she invests individual training time for herself on the Fortitude side to keep her muscle memory alive! Be prepared to have FUN when you attend her class! KMac lives in Bedford with her husband, son and 8-year-old yellow lab, Rex Brady.
Sarah believes the mind and body are not separate units, but one integrated system. Our goals are fueled by how we work, eat, and think. As a former college athlete and current physique athlete, you can count on Sarah to work you to your very best self on and off the bike. As a lifelong athlete Sarah also has extensive experience working with clients from a variety of demographics and ages in different fitness settings. As a Certified Health & Wellness Coach Sarah can support your health and fitness goals by assisting you in developing healthy eating habits and behaviors. She is a Mental Health Counselor working toward a Doctor of Psychology, where it is her goal to develop the mind-body connection to guide you to optimal lifelong health and wellness!
